When you arrive at the palace, please head to our reception desk, located inside the building, where we’ll provide you with your keys. We recommend checking our reception hours in advance, as well as reviewing the check-in instructions if you plan to arrive outside of these times. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please inform us of your estimated arrival time ahead of your stay.

The apartment is fully equipped and has sheets, towels, and amenities (shower gel, shampoo, and soap).

Yes. All of our apartments have hair dryers in the bathroom.

Yes, we offer cleaning for an additional fee of €20.00 per service during your stay.

We have a parking garage in the building. Since we are located within the Madrid Central area, please ensure that your vehicle has the required environmental sticker to access the area. For more information and to reserve a parking spot, kindly contact our reception desk.

Our standard check-in hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For weekend arrivals, please contact our reception desk to confirm availability. If you wish to check in earlier, kindly let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you—either by preparing the apartment sooner or by storing your luggage until check-in.

Check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you need to leave earlier or later, please speak with our reception desk and we’ll tell you the procedure.

The quickest and most convenient option is by taxi, with a fixed fare of €33 (airport – city center).

If you prefer the metro: From the airport, take Line 8 and transfer at “Nuevos Ministerios” (Line 10). Then, transfer again at “Plaza de España” (Line 3) and continue to the “Sol” metro station (Puerta del Sol). Take the exit marked “Calle Mayor,” and walk in the direction of the Royal Palace. When you reach San Miguel Market (Plaza de San Miguel), turn left. In about 20 meters, you’ll find our square. We’re easy to spot—we have the most beautiful doors in all of Madrid!
